Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The item is returned in its original, unused condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products that show signs of wear or damage caused by improper use.
- Items returned without original packaging or tags.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if you identify a manufacturing defect. Please include your order number and photos of the defect for verification.
- Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
- Shipping: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using the provided instructions. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
